Hey everybody, I’m Lee Ann Del Carpio. I’m an executive coach, organizational energy catalyst, and president of Limitless Actualization. And I take a stand for the limitless possibilities that exist in the face of rapid change. You see, every day, I talk with leaders and professionals all around the globe, and they are increasingly frustrated. They’re uncertain, and they’re depleted. Amidst all this disruption. They don’t know how to energize themselves or their teams, and they’re trying to like gut their way through. Just try to wait until the eye of the storm passes or get to the light at the end of the tunnel, or they’re trying to distract themselves and delaying action, losing valuable creativity to meet new business growth opportunities. And so that’s kind of where my team and I come in. Um, we basically work with teams and professionals globally to help them reduce the amount of fear that they experience and unlock greater creativity to expose limitless possibilities.
And we do that through executive coaching, organizational effectiveness, and, uh, team consulting. And so we are excited to be able to broaden this reach, especially during this crazy time of ongoing change, because the more hearts and souls that we can kind of light up to possibilities, the more positive outcomes that we can create for the world around us. I’ve always been a proponent of tapping into the personal agency and the personal power that we have no matter what the circumstances. And my work has always been at the intersection of a rapidly changing landscape and the leadership capabilities that are needed to lead forward in the face of change on a global scale. And then the personal attributes, the personal resilience, the emotional intelligence, and personal power that we can develop within ourselves. Because when we can take whatever mess we find ourselves in, in the world as a whole, whatever change happens in our organizations are frankly in our communities or in our families, and we can resource ourselves in kind of an aikido type of way.
Take that energy and turn it around. Use the force and the power of disruption for growth to expand instead of contract. Then we’re gonna create more sustainable solutions for ourselves, our families, and our communities, but also we’re gonna find greater happiness, wellbeing, greater peace. And I’m a mom, and I wanna make sure that I’m parenting my girls in the same way. So they’re not afraid of the changes that continue to spiral forward in our world. They can take that energy and turn it around. So I just found a way to take my passion and help other leaders and businesses grow. And I’m just extraordinarily grateful for the leaders and the teams that I get to work with around the globe because, you know, we’re kind of igniting energy, and we’re igniting heart and hardcore business results as a result. But the energy that gets unleashed is just really cool to see cuz that’s where innovation happens. For humanity.
This has been an evolution, so every business owner and every entrepreneur goes through their own journey of growth and development. And I think earlier in my career and in my business, I would have approached legal services in more of an ala carte cafeteria-style manner. Like, let me just go get this thing, go in, get, get it, get out <laugh>, right? Kind of manage it in that way. Um, and I wasn’t thinking as big, not only for the growth of the business but for what that could mean for my role as a leader and what that could free me up for being able to do in the world as a whole. I originally came to protect a leadership development course that I had written an online program called Recalibrate for Impact that I had created during covid. And I wanted to make sure that as I had not launched an online course, there was something new that I thought, okay, I’m going to need a specialist in intellectual property.
I know how to protect things in the physical world, but in the digital world, how do I do that? Let me find a professional team that is very well steeped in intellectual property digital knows how to help grow, right? The business that I initially ask was, was not even the tip of the iceberg because as things started to, I knew I also needed to clean up some contracts with clients, things like that. But I think honestly, my very first reach out was probably still not ala carte services. I was starting to look for a team that could support me and my growth. But what was really great in the partnership with Creator’s Law Firm is this sense of holistic holding of the ideas themselves, the power that they have in the world, and, therefore, the business vision that I had. It kind of drew that out of me a bit more.
And then we could backward plan and think about, ah, yes, we need this right now as an individual solution, but here’s how it, you know, this is what I do with clients with leadership development or organizational change. Why not, of course, do it on the legal side? And so I think when things started taking off in my business, I started to think differently. And then this is where you guys have been excellent partners in that process to help me truly grow in a way that I could lean against and know I have a team that’s got my back, right? I feel like I can free myself up to have a team take care of the details that are not really energizing to me but really need to be protected so that I can continue to grow.
So I work with professionals, teams, and leaders across a variety of different industries, mainly in the corporate space, and some entrepreneurs as well. I work with both male and female leaders of all different cultural backgrounds. It’s funny. Attorney Davis does talk about igniting personal purpose within the female leaders that she works with. And that was an immediate resonance for me because one of the things I talk about in my work is I call a leader’s divine genius or a professional or person’s divine genius. It’s something that’s uniquely divinely kind of something borne to you, into you, your very essence. And I have this capability that I’ve honed over the years to kind of zero in on what that is for each leader and to pull that forward in a way that enlivens them and also is scalable, can kind of help them grow, grow their business, grow their teams, grow in strength together, do it at a team level as well.
And we do it on a cultural level as well. I think that was one of the things that I really valued when meeting Attorney Davis and, and the whole team Attorney Jones and everybody who’s very much tied into, from a values perspective, a similar kind of residents. Like, let’s zero in on the uniqueness that you bring, that when you shine that light, you know, that kind of Maryanne Williamson quote that as you shine your light, you, therefore, give others permission to shine their light around you. It’s a similar kind of vibe. And I think by living that example in my work, it does inspire other leaders to step into grander things, but then also working with the creator’s law firm, it’s helped me make that space and really own the CEO. And you said thought later, and it’s like, okay, yeah, I have grown into that in, in the past number of years, the Recalibrate for Impact course gave birth to another program out of that’s about getting common clear on demand in the face of all this change called Reset and Rewire, which we’ve now launched globally.
And it’s so exciting to be able to help people calm their nervous systems to accelerate resilience. And this is something I’m so passionate about helping other people do, no matter what your role in the world is. Because the more that we can get ourselves out of survival mode, the more that we can actually create new solutions. Because I believe an idea that I’m passionate about and that I think all the team at Creators Law firm understands and supports me in is that all these systems and structures that are cracking and crumbling, they’re getting disrupted because they needed to be disrupted. Like new things are wanting to be born out of this. But we are never gonna create new solutions in the face of all this destruction if we cannot calm our nervous systems and really access greater creativity. And so one of the reasons that I think I also was attracted to working with Creators law firm is I know that Attorney Davis and I know Attorney Jones and others old that strength or that gift that I have within me, and they see that as I can really scale my business, I can help more individual really ignite their own genius and therefore be in less fear and greater creativity.
Now that’s gonna be like my little be the change that you wanna be in the world, kind of like my addition to improving the world around me. So what the gift has been in working with creator’s law firm is that ability to scale, which means our hope in the future is to touch more individuals outside of corporations, just anybody in any kind of walk of life who wants to take charge of their energy, ignite more personal agency and make a difference. And I think then that’s, that’s a legacy that I can look back on and feel good about.
When you put a stake in the ground that your ideas are worth protecting and you go after trademarking copywriting, um, you get things cleaned up on a legal level, and you surrender what you thought you were controlling on your own. But probably maybe unless you’re a legal professional yourself, maybe not so well, and you give it to the real professionals who are not only accurate and effective and excellent in their area of expertise, but who hold the vision of the bigger big that you’re after in this world, then you can step rightfully into that role as CEO and to the sequencing of things, for example, in your legal journey that would’ve maybe fallen through the cracks are not even been on the radar screen suddenly becomes clear because you know that someone’s got your back and holding the bigger picture of what’s unfolding. You’ve got strategy sessions where you can really think about, okay, here’s what we said in, in at the beginning of the year, then the world disrupted further and here are some additional changes that happen. And so now, therefore, in this changing scenario, I mean businesses do this all the time in larger corporations or entrepreneurs. Why wouldn’t we do this on the legal front to make sure that we are really, um, thoughtfully thinking through all of these pieces that come together as a whole? So I think that is one of the things that I really value in Creator’s Law Firm.
I would first of all ask, do you have a team who can grow with you? Because one of the greatest benefits that I’ve received is my ability to scale, to free me up, to be able to serve more people in a way that I know will make a real difference. And do you even have a team, or are you approaching things in kind of a cafeteria style? Um, are you being guided by those who not only specializes in intellectual property and have a balance of entrepreneurial experience and corporate experience so they can play with the big boys and sometimes it is air, not just air quotes, but legitimate like, you know, serious negotiations at that level as well as new players, right? In the, in an emerging space. And the rules are different in those arenas. Can they handle that, that range and they also care deeply, genuinely about supporting your ability to serve more people?
Or is there a disassociation or more of a, you know, objectivity that exists in the services? Do they share similar values to you? This is one of the things that enhances the work that I have with Creator’s Law Firm. And I’d say the last question that I ask myself when hiring a team member as a whole, but certainly in the legal space as well, Are you becoming a better person by working with this team? Do they not only address the tasks that need to be addressed but do they hold you in the biggest big version of yourself and then relate to you in that way? Are you evolving as a result? And if the answers to those things are anyway not aligned with how you’re getting your legal meth now, then I would certainly reach out to Creator’s Law Firm because it’s not just content, it’s the context in which you grow. And that’s what I’ve leveled upon in my relationship. With Creator’s Law Firm, a team that I can grow with.
