OK SO BOOM…
Drake and 21 Savage sold fake VOGUE magazines to (allegedly) millions of their fans while promoting their ” Her Loss” project.
Drake even tagged VOGUE and Anna Wintour thanking them for the love and support as their mag would be on newsstands tomorrow. Undoubtedly, giving the public the impression that this whole shebag was an official brand collab and/or endorsement by VOGUE.
This is dumber than dumb.

Vogue’s lawyers drafted up this lawsuit with the quickness suing Drake, 21 Savage, and their mamas (just kidding…not their mamas) for trademark infringement
When you secure a TRADEMARK for your brand it is your job and responsibility as the owner to enforce your rights.
Hence…VOGUE’S swift response and demand for $4 million in damages.
Trademark infringement happens when someone uses another’s trademark without permission.
There are really folds out here selling copies of the fake for several Ben Franklins and truly believing the collaboration was the real deal.
In my opinion Aubrey needs to do the following:
- Pay VOGUE the $4 million they’re asking for
- Fire their lawyers (if they approved this MESS)
- Stop ripping and running in these streets
